3. Disclosure of Your Information

We understand that your health and performance data is personal and sensitive. Our business is built on trust, and we are committed to being transparent about how we share the information you provide. We do not sell your personal data.

We may share information we have collected about you in certain situations. Your information may be disclosed as follows:

By Your Coach and Team Members

The primary function of our service is to process your wellness and activity data into meaningful insights for your designated sports team. By joining a team on the Pulsi.fit platform, you explicitly consent for us to share your information with the registered coach or administrator of that team.

The goal of this sharing is to allow your coach to make informed decisions about training, player load, and injury prevention. We share information in two primary ways:

  • Summarized Insights and Scores: Your coach will primarily see processed, high-level information. This includes your Daily Readiness Score, "traffic light" status (e.g., Ready, Caution, Rest), alerts for potential fatigue risk based on our analysis, and summary statistics from your workouts (e.g., total distance, max speed).
  • Detailed Activity Data: For detailed tactical and performance analysis, your coach may be able to view data from specific workout files, such as GPS heatmaps or second-by-second heart rate data from a game or training session.

Your data will only be shared with the specific team you are actively a member of within our platform. If you leave a team, that team's coach will no longer have access to your new data.

Our service providers are contractually obligated to safeguard your data and are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than for the specific services they are performing for Pulsi.fit.

By Law or to Protect Rights

If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others, we may share your information as permitted or required by any applicable law, rule, or regulation.

By Business Transfers

We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company. We will notify you before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

  • We will never sell your personal data to third-party marketers or data brokers.
  • We will never share your data with other teams that you are not a member of.
  • We will never make your personal data public without your explicit, specific consent.

4. Data Security

We take the security of your data very seriously and use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. We are committed to implementing industry-best practices to maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of your data.

The specific security measures we employ include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Encryption in Transit: All data transferred between your device, our servers, and our partners (like Garmin) is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL), the same technology used to secure online banking and e-commerce.
  • Encryption at Rest: Sensitive personal and health data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest. This means the data is protected even in the unlikely event of unauthorized physical access to the server hardware.
  • Secure Cloud Infrastructure: Our platform and data are hosted by major, industry-leading cloud service providers that maintain highly secure, state-of-the-art data centers compliant with rigorous international security standards (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001).
  • Strict Access Controls: We implement role-based access controls and the principle of least privilege within our organization. Our employees and administrators can only access the user data that is strictly necessary to perform their job functions (such as providing customer support), and all such access is logged.
  • Regular Security Reviews: We regularly review our security policies and procedures to ensure they are up-to-date with emerging threats and best practices.

While we have taken reasonable and appropriate steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse. Any information disclosed online is vulnerable to interception and misuse by unauthorized parties. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete security if you provide personal information.

We believe you should have control over your personal information. Depending on your location, you may have certain rights under applicable data protection laws regarding the personal information we hold about you. These may include the right to:

Managing Third-Party Data Connections (Garmin)

You have complete control over the connection between your Pulsi.fit account and your Garmin Connect account. You can revoke our access to your Garmin data at any time through two methods:

  2. Within your Pulsi.fit account settings: We will provide a simple option to disconnect your Garmin account from our platform.

Revoking consent will stop any future data from being shared with our platform but will not delete the data we have already processed. To delete historical data, please contact us as described above.
